Join the People & Organisation team to accelerate an AI-enabled operating model for People Operations. You’ll deliver an automation roadmap that reduces manual transactional work across onboarding, offboarding, performance management, and data governance—improving both internal stakeholder and candidate experiences. Partner with HR and IT to design, build, test, and embed production-grade AI tools and workflow automations using platforms like Claude, OpenAI, MS Copilot, n8n, and Power Automate.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide hands-on People Operations expertise and combine it with AI and automation tools (e.g., Claude, Copilot, n8n) to optimize employee lifecycle workflows.
•Own end-to-end people processes (onboarding to offboarding, performance management, and data governance) and identify the highest-value automation opportunities.
•Drive the People Operations automation roadmap across multiple workstreams and deliver measurable improvements to stakeholder and candidate experience.
•Act as a bridge between People Operations and IT to scope and integrate automation solutions, managing technical stakeholder relationships.
•Build, test, and embed production-grade AI-enabled automations and take on team coordination and project delivery responsibilities.

Key Requirements

•Significant experience in People Operations with direct, hands-on ownership of operational processes or project delivery.
•Track record leading cross-functional projects independently end to end.
•Experience automating core People Operations processes using HRIS and ATS platforms (HiBob and Greenhouse are a plus).
•Comfortable managing and prioritising incoming requests through a ticketing workflow (e.g., Jira).
•Ability to independently design, build, and test production-grade automations and AI tools/agents (e.g., n8n or Power Automate).
