Key Responsibilities

  • •Despatch Planning: Coordinate and schedule daily despatch activities to meet delivery deadlines and prepare/manage despatch schedules for efficient transportation.
  • •Order Fulfilment: Verify and cross-check outgoing shipments against customer orders and documentation; ensure goods are labeled, packaged, and meet quality standards.
  • •Communication: Liaise with customers, carriers, and internal teams to confirm delivery requirements and provide regular updates on schedules and issues.
  • •Documentation & Compliance: Prepare and process shipping documents (invoices, packing lists, delivery notes) and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements for shipments.
  • •Inventory Coordination: Work with stores staff to manage stock levels and allocate inventory for despatch, reporting discrepancies or damages.
