Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform end-to-end payroll processing for employees, ensuring accurate and timely compensation.
  • •Schedule monthly payroll and statutory activities, and coordinate monthly attendance inputs with OpCo for vendor salary processing.
  • •Process FFS items including final tax working, unclaimed leave balance, notice period shortfall, and gratuity calculation.
  • •Review payroll vendor outputs (salary register, tax register, CTC master, bank file, and journal entries) and support audit handling and reconciliations.
  • •Manage employee payroll queries and support statutory challan/return filing coordination, including Form 24 (e-TDS quarterly) and Form 16 activities.

Key Requirements

  • •7–12 years of India in-house payroll experience, ideally handling in-house payroll activities end to end.
  • •Advanced Excel proficiency with strong communication skills.
  • •Knowledge of salary taxes and statutory calculations, including Chapter 6A and Section 10 working, perquisite calculations, and due-date compliance.
  • •Deep understanding of Provident Fund compliance, Form 24 (e-TDS Quarterly), revised return filing, and Form 16 preparation.
  • •Ability to work independently under pressure, multitask, and handle audits and payroll-related reconciliations.
