Key Responsibilities

•Monitor and analyze ICQA KPIs (TEO, Lost/Found, Inbound Audit, Damage, RR, FPP, INAC, Accuracy Ops, among others), identifying trends, seasonality, and deviations before they reach critical levels
•Conduct root-cause analysis (RCA) in a structured way (Ishikawa, 5 Whys, fault tree), linking data to processes and operational behavior
•Lead end-to-end continuous improvement projects: scope, baseline, action plan, on-floor execution and results tracking with clear success metrics
•Define and execute smartcount and inventory reconciliation strategies, prioritizing addresses by statistical risk and maximizing ROI of counting capacity
•Develop dashboards and management reports translating data complexity into clear leadership narratives with projections and recommendations

Key Requirements

•Engineering degree (Production, Logistics, Mechanical or related) or Administration/Statistics or related fields
•Experience leading improvement projects (DMAIC, PDCA, A3 or equivalent) with measurable results
•Basic/intermediate SQL for data extraction and analysis of operational data
•Ability to build analyses, controls and dashboards using AI techniques
•Availability to work in Cajamar during business hours
