Sales Associate II

Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience as a front-line ambassador for Coach. Build client relationships through styling and product expertise, drive sales via cross-selling and tailored recommendations, and support store operations including POS transactions, inventory processing, visual merchandising, and stockroom maintenance. Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases while meeting personal and team KPIs in a fast-paced retail environment.
