Senior Product Designer, Care (Temporary)

Design end-to-end conversational experiences for an AI-assisted Care agent, partnering with product, engineering, operations, and data teams to shape strategy, iterate on flows, and measure impact. Create UX writing and interaction prototypes for journeys like delivery issues, queue transparency, and escalation to human agents, and produce blueprints, wireframes, and maps that align cross-functional partners. Lead discovery and future-state exploration for the Care domain.
