Key Responsibilities

•Hire operational staff under direction of PDC and HR; establish development plans and conduct performance assessments; handle disciplinary actions as needed.
•Review cement job plan with Technical Professional and crew; address equipment/operational concerns before mobilizing to location.
•Supervise crew delivering cementing services; ensure adherence to HSE and HMS procedures and approved cement job plan; initiate Management of Change when required.
•Hold pre- and post-job safety meetings; review job performance with crew to identify improvements.
•Develop strong customer relationships at well sites; provide operational expertise and follow up on performance to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve disputes.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent
•2 years of experience as a Service Supervisor or Service Specialist
•Ability to review cement job plans and address equipment/operational concerns
•Experience supervising cementing service delivery and enforcing HSE and HMS procedures
•Ability to develop development plans for the operational team and conduct performance assessments
