Cost Engineer

Support a major water supply and reservoir infrastructure capital program by developing and maintaining project budgets, cost estimates, and cash flow forecasts. Track expenditures vs. approved budgets and schedules, identify variances and risks, and prepare routine cost reports and dashboards for project leadership and NYCDEP review. Review invoices, payment applications, and change requests; evaluate change order cost impacts and claims, and maintain auditable cost records aligned to schedules.
