Collect and document total or repairable loss claims under moderate supervision, coordinating with insurance carriers and customers via calls and email to ensure accurate claim proceeds. Research accounts and customer files, process aftermarket product cancellation payments, and verify refund accuracy. Maintain trackers and records in department systems to ensure every account is reviewed and documented, while following policies and supporting a positive customer experience.
