Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide process improvements to safely meet Warrick Operations’ business plan.
  • •Troubleshoot manufacturing control systems, including 24-volt DC controls.
  • •Interpret PID, hydraulic, pneumatic, and wiring diagrams to diagnose electrical and equipment issues.
  • •Use PLCs, HMIs, and data collection systems to analyze equipment performance.
  • •Troubleshoot and repair field instrumentation and electrical distribution/power supply issues, including motors, drives, and motor control centers.

Key Requirements

  • •Demonstrated knowledge of electrical and electronic systems.
  • •Ability to troubleshoot control systems for manufacturing equipment and develop sustainable fixes.
  • •Experience troubleshooting and repairing 24-volt DC controls and field instrumentation (proximity, limit, flow, temperature, pressure switches).
  • •Experience with PLCs and HMIs to analyze equipment performance.
  • •Ability to work in a manufacturing environment and on nonstandard shifts, including weekends and holidays.
