Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a team of Partner Solution Architects to build and maintain impactful partner relationships and drive mutual growth
  • •Craft and implement strategic initiatives to support partner success and align MongoDB and partner goals
  • •Work cross-functionally to develop business plans for the partner ecosystem, leveraging product, engineering, and sales resources
  • •Enable partners with the knowledge, tools, and resources needed for technical alignment and solution relevance
  • •Partner with sales and marketing to identify opportunities, develop co-branded solutions, and contribute to revenue targets

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years of experience in partner management, solution architecture, or related roles, including 8–12 years in a leadership capacity
  • •Develop and execute partner engagement and success strategies, ideally in technology or cloud environments
  • •Build and influence senior-level relationships across partner organizations
  • •Communicate effectively, articulating both business and technical value to diverse audiences
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (advanced degree or relevant certifications a plus)
