Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist the Project Manager to ensure projects meet quality standards and are completed on time and efficiently.
  • •Manage tasks across the construction process including submittals, RFI processing, and change order management.
  • •Help establish project governance, processes, and systems, and ensure information is shared and retained appropriately.
  • •Coordinate meetings, maintain issues/action logs, transcribe minutes and action items, and drive items to closure.
  • •Support reporting and cost tracking, including monthly reporting, executive dashboards, liaison with finance/cost data, and maintaining project cost/EVM systems.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 70,000 - 98,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •0-2 years of industry experience.
  • •Bachelors and/or Masters Degree.
  • •Preferred degree in Construction Management, Construction Science, Engineering, Project Management, or General Business.
  • •Support the Project Manager in delivering projects to required quality standards, on time, and efficiently.
