•Support multiple squads in their daily activities, acting as a Senior Agile Master and servant leader.
•Remove organizational, environmental, and mindset-related impediments to protect team progress and ensure sustainable delivery flow.
•Coach teams, the business or the product owner in self-organization, cross-functionality, Agile principles, and continuous improvement practices.
•Drive the delivery of high-value, high-quality outcomes by fostering accountability, ownership, and product mindset within teams.
•Create a psychologically safe, collaborative, and high-performing team environment that encourages innovation and continuous learning.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 5+ years experience in IT / project management / ITSM environments.
•Proven experience as Scrum Master / Agile Master / Agile Coach (min. 4+ years)
•Strong analytical, facilitation, and stakeholder management capabilities
•Deep understanding of Agile frameworks, tools, and methodologies and IT Service Management (Service Operation & Service Transition)
•Proficiency with Office 365, JIRA, Confluence
