Sales Support Representative - Waterworks

Support customers by working with Sales associates to identify the right products and solutions. Provide timely quotations and accurate sales orders, coordinate deliveries, and answer sales calls with a focus on resolving questions and concerns. Use CRM and phone systems effectively, while also training and working across the warehouse, pipe yard, and sales counter. This role is Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM, with a focus on learning the business end-to-end.
