Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage stakeholders (architects, engineers, and supply chains) to deliver compliant construction projects.
  • •Track critical milestones, verify governance/processes/systems, and maintain project status reporting and dashboards as required.
  • •Monitor multiple construction projects, manage supplier interfaces via trackers and weekly reviews, and coordinate project information through regular meetings and written communication.
  • •Forecast and update key milestones and budgets; provide technical support to owners, architects, general contractors, and regional stakeholders, including rapid RFIs response.
  • •Lead HVAC project planning and execution for retail/corporate environments, overseeing installation, upgrades, commissioning, optimization, vendor/contractor management, and quality/site visits.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 130,000 - 150,000 annually
