Bookkeeper

Manage day-to-day bookkeeping for an HVAC contractor, handling accounts payable/receivable, invoice processing, and collections. Perform bank and credit card reconciliations, maintain the general ledger, and produce key financial reports including profit and loss, balance sheets, and cash flow. Process payroll, support budget preparation and financial forecasting, and help ensure compliance with financial regulations. Maintain organized financial records and documentation.
