Define product/solution development lifecycle processes (e.g., keyboards and mouse), drive dependency and deliverable tracking, and manage program risk with clear metrics and corporate initiative planning.

Key Responsibilities

•Define product/solution development lifecycle processes for gaming peripherals such as keyboards and mouse.
•Ensure dependency and deliverable tracking across products, solutions, and functions.
•Define the program risk management plan and drive mitigation and resolutions.
•Drive consistent, accurate cross-functional program metrics and plan corporate initiatives (Federal, Security, Globalization).
•Exercise considerable latitude in shaping technical goals.

Key Requirements

•12 to 15 years of related experience in a professional role of gaming peripherals.
•Excellent knowledge of engineering concepts with strong problem-solving ability.
•Experience with PC-related interface input/output connections and familiarity with gaming peripheral architecture and design across multiple platforms.
•Hands-on experience with ME-related tools and frameworks to support issue resolution.
•Ability to manage, motivate, and direct a cross-functional workgroup, with strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
