Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide expert legal guidance in competition law, including assessing regulations and advising on risk mitigation.
  • •Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements (supplier, service, and partnership) and support dispute resolution and litigation management.
  • •Establish and monitor compliance management frameworks, including audits, assessments, and corrective measures.
