Sr Counsel - Corporate & Project Finance (SA)

Lead legal activities for corporate and project finance transactions, including structuring, negotiation, documentation, and execution across parent company bank debt, joint venture project financings, and capital markets issuances. Advise management and internal clients on legal rights, obligations, and applicable statutory requirements related to financing transactions. Coordinate with outside counsel and support law management and other attorneys through legal analysis and fact/law review from inception to completion.
