Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and continuously improve statistical and collaborative demand forecasts across multiple ERP platforms to support distribution and manufacturing.
  • •Provide actionable insights to optimize inventory, service levels, and profitability, analyzing historical data, market trends, and customer insights.
  • •Monitor forecast variances and exceptions, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to ensure alignment between supply and demand.
  • •Ensure data integrity across ERP systems by facilitating master data updates and executing cross-platform data transfers as needed.
  • •Support monthly S&OP and bi-weekly S&OE meetings and collaborate cross-functionally with commercial, supply chain, finance, procurement, production, and logistics stakeholders.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 78,000 - 125,350 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Mathematics, or a related discipline (or equivalent education and experience).
  • •3+ years of experience in demand planning or supply chain management, preferably in multi-ERP environments using advanced forecasting tools.
  • •Strong knowledge of S&OP/S&OE processes and best practices, plus extensive knowledge of supply chain management.
  • •Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in ERP systems and forecasting tools, with data visualization experience preferred (e.g., Power BI).
  • •Advanced use of MS Access, Excel, and SQL, plus programming in VBA or similar languages; Six Sigma experience is required.
