Banking Center Operations Coordinator

Oversee day-to-day banking center operations by supervising tellers and monitoring cash processes, access controls, and inventory of cash and money orders. Lead operational performance and risk controls, support audits and compliance activities, and resolve out-of-balance conditions. Deliver consistent client experiences, manage transactional processing to reduce wait times, and enable sales through cross-sell referrals and product explanations. Schedule, coach, and train the transactional processing team.
