Job Summary

Apply field and conceptual engineering knowledge to resolve straightforward offshore/yard issues and develop solutions using standard procedures. Prepare offshore installation procedures, vessel layout, and barge loadout plans, coordinate with Marine/E&M/Welding/Quality/HSES/ROV/Diving and subcontractors, and manage documentation, discrepancies, and as-built records. Travel offshore for job execution, support constructability and safety reviews, and present scope planning to offshore personnel while monitoring progress and site conditions.

Key Responsibilities

•Ensure work is carried out safely in compliance with Quality, Health, Safety, & Environment (HSE) policies and procedures.
•Prepare offshore installation procedures, vessel layouts, and barge loadout plans; recommend changes to technical details and drawings for safe operations.
•Prepare material lists and loadout lists; coordinate with relevant departments and subcontractors to ensure equipment and personnel are ready for deployment.
•Witness/inspect pre-rigging, loadouts, and sea fastening; review and retain project drawings and documents, and report discrepancies, errors, and omissions.
•Monitor work progress and site conditions, present scope planning to offshore personnel, support technical problem resolution, and prepare post-job and as-built documentation.

Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in engineering
•3-5 years of offshore installation experience
•Knowledge in Auto CAD or similar tools
•Adequate knowledge of design and offshore project execution
•Basic knowledge in Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with 3D software; strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; willingness to travel to job sites
