Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare for the day by reviewing schedules and ensuring proper supplies and PPE
  • •Travel to patients’ homes across the assigned service area and provide scheduled preventative and diagnostic services
  • •Use expert phlebotomy skills to perform blood draws comfortably for each patient
  • •Accurately document each patient visit using Sprinter technology
  • •Properly label, handle, and transport specimens for lab drop-off or shipment

Key Requirements

  • •Strong phlebotomy skills, including experience with challenging sticks
  • •Patient-facing healthcare experience as a Phlebotomist, Medical Assistant (MA), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in home preferred
  • •Current BLS certification
  • •Valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and a personal reliable vehicle
  • •Ability to meet applicable state-specific certification or licensing requirements
