Job Summary

Lead information management and BIM consultancy across major infrastructure, defence, and energy programmes. Set up digital delivery strategy and frameworks, steer client engagement and governance models, and advise on digital transformation to improve efficiency and support Net Zero goals. Partner with P3M experts to integrate information management and asset data with PMO, author BIM documentation, and contribute to business development and continuous improvement of the infrastructure digital capability.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide information management expertise from set up and strategy through delivery and implementation across client organisations and major programmes.
•Steer client engagement, develop ways-of-working frameworks, and support development of new commercial service opportunities.
•Advise on digital delivery and transformation, leveraging Information Management and BIM to unlock value and optimise technology use.
•Capture and analyse client requirements to design and deliver digital strategies, and work with P3M experts to integrate information and asset data with PMO.
•Author BIM documentation and define delivery frameworks, governance models, and best-practice processes.

Key Requirements

•Strong working knowledge of Information Management standards including BS EN ISO 19650 and the UK BIM Framework.
•Working knowledge of BIM documentation and creation/maintenance, plus experience with Common Data Environments (e.g., Aconex, Asite, ProjectWise).
•Knowledge of 3D modelling and BIM review software (e.g., Navisworks, Solibri) and dashboard tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
•Understanding of roles and responsibilities in digitally enabled projects and the ability to set up and manage SharePoint sites.
•Experience in Defence, Infrastructure, or Energy & Natural Resources, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders and driving business growth.
