Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, optimize, and integrate CUDA kernels for AI workloads and hardware simulations.
  • •Profile and optimize GPU performance for compute-intensive workloads and memory-bound tasks.
  • •Integrate custom kernels into training/inference frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, Megatron, vLLM, TorchTitan).
  • •Collaborate with AI researchers and semiconductor experts to translate domain workloads into high-performance GPU code.
  • •Release kernels and tooling as contributions to open-source AI and HPC ecosystems.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience writing and optimizing CUDA kernels for large-scale AI workloads (e.g., attention, routing, graph-based operations, physics-inspired operators)
