Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform baseline and post-test measurements for standard Reliability tests.
  • •Safely load and operate standard Reliability Stress Test equipment.
  • •Process warranty returns and complete required data entry for reliability testing.
  • •Ensure all tests and measurements are completed per schedule and communicate abnormal findings immediately.
  • •Train and guide new technicians and lead testing in a specific area while following safety procedures, 5S, audits, and compliance work.

Salary: USD 23.37 - 32.69 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (Electrical preferred) OR an Associate’s degree/equivalent in a technical discipline (Electrical preferred) with at least 2 years of manufacturing/lab experience OR a High School Diploma with at least 5 years in a manufacturing lab or quality environment.
  • •Calibration/testing/measurement experience is an added advantage.
  • •Ability to operate tools and equipment required for testing, including learning simulator operations.
  • •Good glass handling skills and strong communication skills; ability to follow directions and use work instructions.
  • •Ability to analyze test data to confirm testing was run correctly and results fit inside a control plan; select and run correct testing recipes across multiple tools.
