Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and supervise daily maintenance activities, monitor progress, remove barriers, and ensure timely completion aligned with production requirements.
  • •Ensure compliance with permit-to-work, LOTO, GMP, food safety requirements, company policies, and applicable safety regulations.
  • •Coach and develop maintenance personnel through structured training, feedback, and technical capability building.
  • •Provide leadership during equipment failures and abnormal situations, support root cause investigations, and ensure corrective actions are sustained.
  • •Supervise contractor activities and maintenance resources to meet safety, quality, cost, and scope expectations; coordinate with Production, Quality, EHS, Engineering, and project teams and strengthen work management using CMMS.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical discipline.
  • •5-7 years of maintenance experience in food, beverage, consumer goods, pharmaceutical, chemical, or similar manufacturing environments.
  • •Knowledge of preventive/corrective maintenance, planning processes, reliability improvement, and industrial asset management.
  • •Experience leading maintenance teams and coordinating work in a manufacturing environment.
  • •Experience using CMMS platforms, preferably SAP PM, with good written and spoken English.
