  • •Coordinate with team leaders/project managers and customers to understand requirements for on-site installation and repairs, forecasting issues and synchronizing work.
  • •Serve as the direct customer contact and ensure satisfaction by diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing HVAC products and equipment at customer locations.
  • •Use blueprints/engineering specifications and hand tools, along with cutting-edge software/technology, to diagnose and repair units.
  • •Maintain flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed, including occasional overnight stays.
  • •Enforce safety standards and record the use, wear, and condition of company-issued and procured assets to maintain security and accountability.

  • •Valid driver’s license for at least 12 months with no major or frequent traffic violations in the prior 3 years.
  • •EPA Certification.
