1st Shift Quality Control Technician

Perform QA work on the production floor by inspecting parts from production, assembly, and docks, and completing daily process audits. Run and document quality testing such as gel testing, cube compression, load cell testing, and product testing. Conduct first-article resin blending and pigmenting inspections using blueprints, identify casting defects, and log/label non-conformances with HOLD tags. Maintain 5S and perform raw material testing to ensure products meet specifications.
