Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the end-to-end product experience across blnk’s web and mobile surfaces, accountable for onboarding conversion, KYC completion, activation, and post-approval engagement.
  • •Lead, coach, and manage the product design team, including hiring, performance management, and career development; set design culture and craft standards.
  • •Own and evolve blnk’s design system, ensuring consistency and adoption across web, iOS, and Android, including Arabic RTL and English LTR.
  • •Shape information architecture for onboarding, KYC, credit management, and repayment flows so experiences are intuitive across user segments.
  • •Partner cross-functionally to ship accessible (WCAG 2.1 AA) and compliance-adjacent experiences, using research and funnel/A-B test data to make calibrated decisions and reduce spec-to-shipped variance with design QA.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of product design experience, including meaningful experience in fintech, payments, lending, or another regulated consumer product.
  • •2+ years managing product designers (hiring, performance management, career development).
  • •Hands-on product design experience shipping end-to-end from problem definition through release, not isolated design work.
  • •Mobile-first native design fluency (iOS HIG, Material Design) and proven Arabic/RTL bilingual UI experience.
  • •Strong design system experience at scale and proficiency with Figma (libraries, variables, team-scale file architecture), with WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility experience.
