Job Summary

Support day-of-show operations for The Truth venue by assisting with event setup and teardown, managing operational equipment, and helping prepare ingress/egress and guest pathways. Direct guests to support crowd flow and wayfinding, respond to last-minute operational changes, and monitor for safety hazards or operational concerns. Coordinate with multiple venue departments and help keep the space clean, safe, and organized before, during, and after events.

Key Responsibilities

•Work directly with the Operations Manager and Operations Supervisors to support day-of-show operations.
•Assist with venue setup and teardown, including event equipment such as chairs, tables, tents, bike rack, stanchions, signage, ADA platforms, and more.
•Prepare ingress and egress areas by setting up queueing systems, guest pathways, and security screening equipment.
•Support crowd flow by directing guests, managing lines, and assisting with wayfinding throughout the venue.
•Monitor the venue during events to identify safety hazards or operational concerns and report them to leadership; maintain a clean, safe, and organized venue.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma (or equivalent) preferred.
•Previous experience in event operations, venue operations, hospitality, facilities, guest services, or a related field preferred.
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
•Strong communication and teamwork skills.
•Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays based on the event schedule.
