Key Responsibilities

  • •Shape technical direction across greenfield builds, technical debt reduction, and system performance/latency improvements.
  • •Own backend architecture end to end for core services such as the analysis engine and metrics platform, ensuring robustness as the platform scales.
  • •Coordinate and lead cross-functional projects from kickoff to delivery with data scientists, analytics engineers, product design, and product management.
  • •Help monitor experiments and support informed roll-forward/roll-back decisions to safeguard user experience.
  • •Mentor and empower fellow engineers by raising craft standards and helping others grow into stronger, independent contributors.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong backend engineering skills with deep SQL experience, including comfort working with large, complex data models.
