Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and analyze credit information for small business lending transactions, including reviewing financials, preparing proformas, and conducting annual status reviews and property inspections.
  • •Evaluate credit risk through industry/market research, collateral review, and assessing the ability to service debt.
  • •Objecively analyze business financial statements and personal financial tax returns/statements and communicate findings in written form.
  • •Clarify loan analysis with clients and professionals, including updating files after receiving updated financial information and participating in customer calls as appropriate.
  • •Maintain a financial statement tickler file, contact customers for missing financials, and support audits and compliance information requests.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 50,000 - 65,000 annually

Key Requirements
