Key Responsibilities

•Provide tailored beauty consultations and personalized product recommendations based on each client’s needs.
•Share product knowledge to educate and empower clients in their beauty journey.
•Stay ahead of beauty trends to deliver relevant advice that keeps clients coming back.
•Drive results by exceeding sales goals and key performance indicators.
•Support inventory and merchandising, and maintain a clean, organized, welcoming retail environment.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 20.85 - 23.98 hourly

Key Requirements

•Previous experience providing excellent service and building client relationships in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.
•Passion for beauty and beauty trends, with a drive to empower clients and confidence journeys.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Ability to work as a team member in a collaborative, goal-oriented, and inclusive environment.
•Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
