Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead/Support full lifecycle Tier III engineering activities within ITE-F, including patch testing, integration validation, baseline maintenance, and STIG/vulnerability compliance checks with documented test results.
  • •Collaborate with NETCOM capability teams, system owners, cybersecurity specialists, and configuration management personnel to execute functional testing and resolve technical issues.
  • •Drive innovation and continuous improvement by identifying system deficiencies and supporting configuration, change, and release management processes.
  • •Utilize virtualized environments, STIG/SCAP tools, ACAS/Nessus, Windows/Linux server technologies, VMware platforms, scripting, and enterprise testing frameworks for engineering validation.
  • •Perform Tier III engineering and troubleshooting across enterprise IT systems.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science or additional years of experience.
  • •5+ years of related experience.
  • •Top Secret/SCI clearance (must currently possess).
  • •Strong Windows and Linux system administration with STIG/SRG hardening, ACAS/Nessus scanning, and SCAP compliance.
  • •Experience with virtualized environments (VMware, Hyper-V) and coordinating patch-cycle testing deadlines.
