Key Responsibilities

  • •Own regional market intelligence by monitoring player behavior, competitive dynamics, platform trends, and genre shifts across Greater China and other Asian markets.
  • •Analyze leading titles and create product evaluation frameworks and localization/culturalization best practices for Chinese-language markets.
  • •Plan and execute publishing activities with local partners, regional marketing teams, and agencies to meet timelines and objectives.
  • •Partner with regional marketing teams on forecasting, tracking, and reconciling marketing budgets for major AAA game launches.
  • •Oversee asset review and approvals and provide executive-level reporting and recommendations to ELT and HQ stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong understanding of the gaming ecosystem in Greater China and other Asian markets, including platform dynamics, regulatory environment, and consumer behavior.
  • •10+ years of experience in game publishing, marketing, product management, or related functions with direct exposure to the Greater China market.
  • •Hands-on experience managing international IP through the publishing lifecycle in Greater China.
  • •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to operate effectively across cultures and time zones.
  • •Native Mandarin and fluent business English required.
