Key Responsibilities

•Manage operational business relationships with large accounts and partners, addressing concerns and providing operational perspective.
•Escalate and collaborate across teams to resolve operational issues while advocating for customer/partner requirements.
•Conduct regular operational performance reviews, drive improvement plans, and communicate process changes through the implementation phase.
•Identify risks for key accounts and develop risk management strategies and contingency plans to support business continuity.
•Lead pricing negotiations, contract discussions, financial modeling, and customized training/enablement for key customers; mentor junior team members and uphold ethics and regulatory compliance.

Key Requirements

•Four-year or Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, or commensurate work experience.
•Typically 6+ years of work experience, preferably in account management, business development, supply chain, customer service, or related areas.
•Experience managing operational business relationships with large accounts and partners.
•Ability to conduct performance reviews, develop improvement plans, and communicate operational process changes.
•Ability to lead complex pricing negotiations and contract discussions aligned to strategic objectives.
