Job Summary

Drive hands-on automation across the enterprise observability ecosystem, improving scalability, reliability, and operational efficiency. Build self-service and Observability-as-Code capabilities for Dynatrace, SCOM, and ServiceNow ITOM/Event Management, including automated onboarding, monitoring configuration, dashboards, and alerting. Develop API- and IaC-driven provisioning and integrations (Azure DevOps, GitHub, CMDB), integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines, and leverage Dynatrace Davis AI and ServiceNow features for incident enrichment and operational insights.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions for enterprise observability platforms.
•Build self-service capabilities for application onboarding, monitoring configuration, dashboard provisioning, and alert setup.
•Develop reusable automation frameworks and workflows to standardize monitoring deployment across applications and infrastructure.
•Create integrations and automated workflows across Dynatrace, SCOM, ServiceNow (including CMDB), Azure DevOps, GitHub, and cloud platforms for event enrichment, correlation, routing, and remediation.
•Integrate observability automation into CI/CD pipelines and develop deployment pipelines for monitoring configurations, dashboards, synthetic monitors, and alerting policies.

Key Requirements

•5+ years focused on automation engineering, platform engineering, or DevOps work.
•Hands-on experience with Dynatrace APIs (Configuration/Metrics/Environment) and Dynatrace OneAgent deployment automation, plus Dynatrace dashboard and alert automation.
•Advanced proficiency in Python, PowerShell, and Shell/Bash scripting, including REST APIs and data formats (JSON/XML/YAML).
•Experience with Infrastructure as Code and automation tools such as Terraform and Ansible, plus CI/CD automation frameworks.
•Experience integrating observability tooling (Dynatrace, SCOM, ServiceNow ITOM/Event Management) and working across observability environments, including monitoring architectures and observability best practices.
