Key Responsibilities

  • •Guide architectural design teams and work with project teams to manage projects through all phases of design.
  • •Lead teams of architects, designers, and engineers and meet with clients to develop and execute mid- to large-scale projects within schedule and budgets.
  • •Develop contract documents through SD, DD, CD, and CA, including plans, elevations, sections, details, and specifications.
  • •Coordinate quality control reviews of contract documents prior to client issuance and coordinate internal and external A/E disciplines during construction.
  • •Evaluate contractor progress during construction, provide recommendations, and validate design decisions using cost analysis and logistics/procurement efficiencies.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor in Architecture for a NAAB-accredited professional program.
