Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide mechanical design engineering for projects and studies within mining infrastructure, materials handling and non-process infrastructure.
  • •Act as focal point for clients, building relationships and delivering technical outcomes.
  • •Contribute to project delivery from initiation through execution, managing workload and adapting to short-notice changes.
  • •Collaborate with a team of industry experts to support cross-sector projects including mining, renewable energy, power and defence.
  • •Utilise Perth-based expertise with occasional site visits to deliver high-quality outputs.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering with experience for a consultancy or an operating mining processing facility with design experience.
  • •Experience in the design and specification of mining plant, materials handling and pumping systems and piping.
  • •Outstanding interpersonal and communication (oral and written) skills
  • •Experience in producing engineering documentation such as technical specifications, datasheets, reports and scope of works.
  • •Experience in delivering successful project outcomes from initiation to execution.
