•Lead and execute customer onboarding activities focused on speed, quality, and value realization for successful adoption and deployment.
•Develop, document, and maintain onboarding frameworks, playbooks, and content to standardize and scale onboarding globally.
•Collaborate with Customer Success Managers, Professional Services, Product, and Enablement to align onboarding activities with success metrics and product outcomes.
•Create customer-facing and internal collateral (guides, runbooks, playbooks, FAQs, dashboards) and monitor KPIs to boost velocity, adoption, and satisfaction.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience in customer onboarding, professional services, customer success, or a related field; security software/technology experience is a plus.

•Strong project management and organizational skills; able to manage multiple onboarding engagements simultaneously.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable presenting to executives and technical stakeholders.
•Experience defining, tracking, and reporting onboarding KPIs (e.g., time-to-value, adoption, satisfaction) and developing content/playbooks.
•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or a related field (advanced degree a plus).
