Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead backend development for a new fintech product within the Liquidity team.
  • •Mentor and guide other developers on complex designs and implementations.
  • •Work with other teams to lead meaningful cross-functional features.
  • •Connect exchanges and third-party trading agencies/providers to build a multi-functional trading platform.
  • •Develop and optimize the Fireblocks trading API, including implementing scalable, cloud-native architectures.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 5 years of backend development experience focused on scalable infrastructure, with proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript.
  • •Strong system design, distributed systems, and scalability fundamentals.
  • •Proven experience designing and deploying microservices-based architectures in production.
  • •Experience with monitoring and logging frameworks such as Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack.
  • •Must have DeFi & crypto domain knowledge, including blockchain fundamentals and familiarity with DeFi protocols and primitives (e.g., AMMs, liquidity pools, yield mechanisms, on-chain order books).
