Key Responsibilities

  • •Suggest looks incorporating current trends and promotions based on consumer needs consistent with the Levi’s service approach.
  • •Promote Levi’s omni experience by engaging consumers with the Red Tab Loyalty program.
  • •Resolve consumer concerns per company policy and partner with store management on elevated issues.
  • •Handle cash handling and merchandise operations (shipment processing, floor set, markdown, replenishment) and perform store procedures in compliance with store policy.
