Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and implement critical AI security capabilities, including controlled and audited agent workflows and agent identity frameworks.
  • •Build and evolve foundational identity and access management systems (authentication, SSO, MFA, OAuth/OIDC, SAML, SCIM, and fine-grained RBAC).
  • •Develop core security infrastructure such as secret management, key management, service identity, and end-to-end encryption across multi-cloud.
  • •Create security tooling to define, monitor, enforce, and detect policy violations, including automation and secure-by-default self-service processes.
  • •Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and on-call rotations, maintaining high standards for code quality and sound technical decisions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 200,000 - 287,500 annually

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years designing, building, and operating large-scale distributed systems in production cloud environments.
  • •Strong computer science foundation in data structures, algorithms, systems design, and distributed computing.
  • •Proficiency in one or more of Java, C++, Python, Golang, or Rust, with solid SQL skills.
  • •Experience shipping and on-calling production services with a focus on availability, reliability, and observability.
  • •BS in Computer Science/Computer Engineering (or related technical discipline) or equivalent practical experience.
