Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate heavy equipment to move, load, unload, stage, and transport vehicles, containers, and large materiel during equipment turn-in operations.
  • •Support mass turn-in events by ensuring timely movement of equipment between staging, inspection, and storage areas.
  • •Load and unload trucks, trailers, and containers in compliance with Army and DOT securement standards.
  • •Perform PMCS, maintain operator logs, equipment inspection records, and usage reports for audit readiness.

Key Requirements

  • •2–4 years of experience operating heavy equipment in a military or contractor environment.
  • •Ability to operate forklifts (4K–10K, RTCH, ATLAS, Kalmar), loaders, cranes, and rough-terrain vehicles, including PMCS before/during/after use.
  • •Knowledge of Army safety and supply regulations (AR 710-2, AR 735-5, DA PAM 710-2-1) and maintenance standards (AR 750-1, DA PAM 750-8).
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and the ability to read and follow Army TMs and work orders.
  • •Must have/obtain an Army OF 346 equipment operator’s license (or ability to obtain), valid driver’s license with proof of vehicle insurance, real ID, CAC, and Tier1/NACI public trust eligibility.
