Drive business growth by owning long-term relationships with key clients across Dubai and the Northern Emirates. Key Responsibilities

•Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients across Dubai and the Northern Emirates as a trusted advisor.
•Drive business growth by identifying and developing new accounts, nurturing existing relationships, and expanding CNS’s footprint across assigned sectors.
•Create and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring revenue forecasting, opportunity tracking, and proactive positioning for upcoming projects and budget cycles.
•Propose tailored IT solutions across CNS’s portfolio, collaborating with pre-sales and solution architects to deliver proposals, presentations, and demonstrations.
•Lead contract negotiations to closure and act as a key escalation point with delivery, project management, and support teams to maintain customer satisfaction and retention.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
•5+ years in account management, client relations, or sales.
•Proven track record managing key accounts or enterprise clients (desired 7+ years).
•Solid understanding of IT services, solutions, and outsourcing models, including experience with SLAs, contracts, and service delivery frameworks.
•Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics.
