Job Summary

Own self-serve, post-sales technical deployments for lower-touch Mid-Market accounts, driving customers to activation and measurable time-to-value within a 12-day target. Manage a high-volume portfolio through largely asynchronous go-live intake, templated enablement, and portal-based workflows. Triage deployment health daily, troubleshoot email security and networking configuration issues, escalate non-standard cases, and help customers fully activate products across Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive fast time-to-value at scale by owning a high-turnover portfolio of self-serve deployments and getting customers to an activated, value-realizing state within the 12-day target.
•Run an efficient, largely asynchronous deployment motion via go-live intake, activation, and follow-up using templated communication and self-service enablement.
•Monitor and triage deployment health daily by sweeping open deployments, classifying progress, and prioritizing accounts needing attention.
•Troubleshoot deployment blockers using internal runbooks and escalate non-standard technical or relationship issues with clear context.
•Guide customers to full value by helping activate purchased products (e.g., IES, ATO, AISM, Email Productivity) across Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace and reinforcing best practices.

Key Requirements

•2+ years in technical support or Professional Services consulting delivering enterprise-grade, cybersecurity-related SaaS platforms in a high-growth environment.
•Skilled in deploying and managing SaaS products across a portfolio of customer environments spanning cloud platforms such as Azure and Google Cloud.
•Understanding of networking basics, security protocols, and email security concepts including SPF, DKIM, and DMARC to support configurations and troubleshooting.
•Strong technical analysis skills to diagnose and resolve complex deployment issues quickly, including writing clear, actionable guidance for non-technical customers.
•Proven ability to manage a large, high-turnover volume of concurrent projects, prioritize effectively, and consistently hit fast deadlines.
