Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, refine, and deploy process improvements across Fabrication MBUs, including identifying gaps and integrating changes into the broader Fabrication Management System.
  • •Coordinate and maintain the Fabrication operating rhythm by managing cadence elements, leadership forum readiness, meeting flow, and follow-through.
  • •Own and support Fabrication Leadership Team (FLT) meetings, including planning/scheduling cycles and enabling leadership decision flow.
  • •Serve as a cross-MBU integrator to align priorities, coordinate dependencies, manage cross-MBU risks/opportunities, and drive mitigation planning.
  • •Lead and execute special projects using disciplined project management and integration practices across cross-MBU and functional stakeholders.
