Key Responsibilities

•Provide daily support for Creator Networks by handling inquiries and support tickets, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining service standards with accurate case notes.
•Maintain and optimize the Creator Network Support Hub by updating self-service materials, improving workflows, and managing tracking systems.
•Support LIVE agency campaign operations end-to-end, including setup, post-review, training material preparation, and coordination of tracking and performance summaries.
•Assist TikTok Creator Network marketing support by engaging the community, creating/editing short videos, producing brand-consistent visuals, and tracking engagement metrics.
•Collaborate with product teams to relay agency feedback, support feature testing/documentation, update onboarding SOPs, and prepare weekly dashboard updates.

Key Requirements

•Available for a 6-month internship commitment with a minimum weekly on-site presence of 3 days.
•Manage multiple tasks simultaneously with precision and clarity.
•Proactive, solution-focused communication and a passion for supporting others.
•Meticulous attention to detail with strong ownership and reliable task execution.
