Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the Bybit Card card payment expert for the customer service team and help ensure SLAs are met for escalated tickets.
  • •Investigate and resolve card-related issues (payments, applications, rewards, and usage concerns) using a root-cause approach and collaborating with internal teams and vendors.
  • •Support go-to-market execution for new markets or product launches, including testing planning and proactive issue identification.
  • •Perform core product/operations work such as settlement reconciliation, rewards monitoring/strategy, payment requests to vendors, and invoice reconciliation.
  • •Assist with disputes management and work with AML/risk teams on process optimization and regulatory reporting support.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong knowledge of card management systems and card network rules/regulations.
  • •Fintech/insurtech product management experience is a plus.
  • •Creative, detail-oriented mindset to propose ideas and see them through to implementation.
  • •Preferred 3–5 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates with strong problem-solving are encouraged.
  • •Professional nearly-fluent English skills; Mandarin Chinese is a plus.
